The following graphic symbols are used in this manual to draw attention to specific facts. They are:
Symbol indicating a potentially dangerous situation that poses an immediate danger to life or may cause damage to the unit or one of its parts, or indicating a risk of electric shock.
Symbol indicating important facts related to the correct installation, commissioning or maintenance of the unit or one of its parts. It may also indicate a recommendation or note during installation, commissioning or maintenance.
This manual contains instructions for the proper installation, commissioning and maintenance of MANDÍK air-conditioning units of the M/M+, P/P+, S/S+, T/T+, CPV, CPX and RTU series.
Before starting any work on the unit, these instructions must be studied and subsequently followed. Compliance with these instructions is a prerequisite for correct operation, functionality and fulfilment of the warranty conditions. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect use, and all risks are borne by the user.
This manual is intended for persons with valid authorization to perform service work on air handling and air-conditioning units.
MANDÍK air-conditioning units may only be used in accordance with the TPM technical specifications, and only for filtration, transport and air treatment – heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification. Any other use is not permitted.
For CPV, CPX and RTU, the air-conditioning units are intended for central air distribution and treatment in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Mechanical impurities and gaseous admixtures that could cause clogging of the built-in components or corrosion of the material from which the unit is made must be separated from the air transported by the unit. The units are intended for normal environments without risk of explosion, within an ambient temperature range around the unit from -30 °C to +40 °C, and for exhaust air with normal humidity (not intended for extraction of humid air, e.g. swimming pool operation, etc.). Any other use is not permitted.
Any unauthorized modifications to the unit, such as conversions, etc., that have not been approved in advance by MANDÍK, a.s., will result in the loss of the warranties provided and the loss of the guarantee of safe use and operation.
