The steam humidifier is not included in the chamber delivery.
The chamber contains free space for connecting the steam distribution pipes.
The humidifier chamber is fitted as standard at the factory with a condensate drain tray. The outlet is equipped with a DN32 stainless steel pipe for connection of a siphon.
Installation of the siphon on the positive-pressure or negative-pressure side is described in the INSTALLATION OF ACCESSORIES section.
On the service side, the chamber is equipped with a fixed panel for connecting the distribution pipes and a removable service panel with an inspection window.
The service panel can be removed using a 5.0 mm Allen key.

During first start-up, the following is checked in particular:
STEAM HUMIDIFIER:
• Tightness of the circuit
• Check of the condition and fastening of the distribution pipes inside the chamber
Detailed operating instructions and maintenance and service procedures are given in the following sections and in the individual parts of the unit.
Surface parts of the steam humidifier and its connections may be hot during operation and may exceed the safe touch temperature of 60 °C. Before starting any work on the chamber, allow the equipment to cool down sufficiently.
Warning: contact between unprotected skin and hot steam or water must be prevented.
Check the condition and fastening of the distribution pipes inside the chamber; any damaged or loose pipes must be repaired or replaced.
Check the function of the steam humidifier circuit, including the tightness of the connections and correct connection to the steam source.
Check the cleanliness and patency of the condensate drain to prevent water or dirt from accumulating in the chamber.
Check the condition of the condensate drain siphon and ensure it is filled with water; ensure correct operation against back-suction of air.
Carry out a regular visual check for corrosion or mechanical damage to the chamber and connections.
Periodic cleaning of the internal surfaces of the steam humidifier to remove scale deposits and dirt using suitable non-aggressive agents is recommended in order to maintain humidification efficiency and steam patency.
If the unit is shut down for an extended period, ensure that residual water is drained from the circuit and that the internal parts are protected against scale deposits or corrosion.
