Each compact air handling unit is equipped with a unit identification nameplate. This nameplate contains the basic manufacturer identification data, unit designation, year of manufacture, rated parameters, protection class and other information required for safe operation and servicing. The main purpose of the nameplate is to enable unambiguous identification of the entire equipment.
• The machine identification nameplate is located on the service door of the plate heat exchanger.
The machine identification nameplate must be located in an accessible and visible place so that the data on the nameplate can be read during routine inspection, servicing or maintenance of the unit. The nameplate must not be covered, removed, overlaid, damaged or otherwise degraded. In the event of damage to or illegibility of the identification nameplate, the operator must contact the manufacturer in order to verify the identification of the unit and arrange a replacement nameplate.
Each unit is fitted with chamber nameplates stating the basic technical parameters of the individual chambers. These nameplates serve for quick orientation during maintenance, servicing and internal company records, without the need to handle the documentation of the entire equipment.
