The unit may be commissioned only by a duly instructed and trained person, in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
Before commissioning the unit, all preceding steps of the installation instructions must first be completed.
Before commissioning the unit, the individual steps in the following sections must be checked and these tasks must be recorded in suitable protocols, which shall be stored with the operating documentation; a copy shall be sent to MANDÍK, a.s. or to the service centre e-mail address service@mandik.cz.
When checking the individual parts of the unit, the step-by-step instructions below may be used. They are prepared as a protocol and may serve as a suitable aid during commissioning.
Before the first start-up, an initial inspection of the electrical installation must be performed.
Before the first start-up, an initial inspection of the gas installation must be performed if a gas heater is included in the delivery.
Before the first start-up, the operating point of the fans (speed/frequency) must be set in accordance with the values specified in the technical specification of the unit – see the FAN and BALANCING chapter.
