• Units are supplied in compact blocks. The roof for units in outdoor design is supplied mounted on the unit.
• Units are supplied packed in plastic film, placed and packed on pallets. The packaging method can be agreed individually.
CAUTION: The plastic film is transport packaging that protects the chambers during transport and must not be used for long-term storage of the chambers. Due to temperature changes during transport, water vapour may condense inside the packaging, creating conditions inside the packaging suitable for corrosion of the materials used on the chambers (e.g. white corrosion of galvanised parts). Therefore, after transport has been completed, this transport packaging must be removed without delay and air must be allowed to reach the chambers so that the chamber surfaces can dry.
• During transport and relocation, the individual chambers may be transported only using forklift trucks, lifting straps or crane chains, and the relevant safety regulations must be observed (ČSN ISO 8792). Chambers without lifting eyes may be lifted only from below; chambers with lifting eyes may also be lifted using the prepared eyes on the chamber roof. When lifting by crane, either straps passed under the unit may be used, in which case the straps must be spread at the top for larger pieces or the places where the strap could deform the chamber must be additionally reinforced, or the prepared lifting eyes in the upper corners of the chambers may be used, in which case the chains must be spread at the top for larger pieces so that tensile forces acting at an angle cannot deform the chamber. When transporting by forklift truck, the chamber must be supported across its entire width to prevent damage to the chamber bottom.
Permitted handling methods are shown in the following figures.
• On receipt, it is necessary to check whether the product has been delivered in the agreed design and scope and whether it has been damaged during transport. In the event of transport damage, the receiving person must record the extent of the damage on the carrier’s delivery note. Failure to follow this procedure may result in refusal of a claim for damage caused by transport.
• Units and other supplied accessories must be stored in dry, dust-free areas protected from rain and snow, where the ambient temperature does not fall below +5 °C. They must be protected against mechanical damage, contamination and corrosion caused by permanent condensation of water vapour on the surface of the unit.
CAUTION: If the equipment is suspended during transport, keep a safe distance from the load and never stand under the load. Keep acceleration and lifting speed within safe limits. Never leave the equipment suspended longer than absolutely necessary!

The base frame of the chamber contains openings intended for this purpose. When used, the forks of the pallet truck must always be under the entire chamber, see figures.

CAUTION: The chamber is not always balanced in terms of weight. Handling and lifting height must be adjusted accordingly!

The pipes must be inserted through the circular openings in the corner of the base frame along the entire length of the chamber or, where applicable, along the entire width of the chamber. The minimum pipe overhang relative to the strap is 100 mm. It is advisable to fit the pipe ends with clamps to prevent the straps from slipping off. The pipe diameter is 40–45 mm. The pipe wall thickness is at least 5 mm. The minimum angle of the strap relative to the upper edge of the chamber is 50°. See the figure above.
The chamber may be transported only in its horizontal working position.
To prevent deformation of the chamber at points exposed to strap pressure, the contact points must be provided with sufficiently rigid elements.
If the chamber is equipped with a roof, the straps above the chamber must always be spread sufficiently so that the straps do not deform the roof and the chamber frame.
CAUTION: Only suitable and permitted lifting accessories may be used for handling and transport of the chambers!
During handling, all applicable technical and legal regulations of the given country must be observed, e.g. ČSN EN 13 155+A2, ČSN ISO 12480-1.
