• Units are supplied in compact blocks. The roof for units intended for outdoor installation is supplied mounted on the unit.
• Units are supplied wrapped in plastic foil and placed and packed on pallets. The packaging method can be agreed individually.
CAUTION: The plastic foil is transport packaging protecting the chambers during transport and must not be used for long-term storage of the chambers. Temperature changes during transport may cause condensation of water vapour inside the packaging, which may create conditions suitable for corrosion of materials used on the chambers (e.g. white corrosion of galvanized parts). Therefore, after transport has been completed, this transport packaging must be removed immediately and air access to the chambers must be ensured so that the chamber surfaces can dry.
• During transport and relocation, individual chambers may only be handled by forklift trucks, transport slings or crane chains, and the applicable safety regulations (ČSN ISO 8792) must be observed. Chambers without lifting eyes may only be lifted from below; chambers with lifting eyes may also be lifted using the prepared eyes on the chamber roof. When lifting by crane, either slings passed underneath the unit may be used, while for larger items the slings must be spread at the top or the locations where the sling could deform the chamber must be additionally reinforced, or the prepared lifting eyes in the upper corners of the chambers may be used, while for larger items the chains must be spread at the top so that tensile forces acting at an angle cannot cause deformation of the chamber. When transporting by forklift truck, the chamber must be supported across its entire width to prevent damage to the chamber bottom. Permitted handling methods are shown in the following figures.
• Upon receipt, it is necessary to check whether the product has been delivered in the agreed design and scope and whether it has not been damaged during transport. In the event of damage during transport, the recipient must record the extent of the damage on the carrier’s delivery note. Failure to follow this procedure may result in rejection of claims for damage caused during transport.
• Units and all other supplied accessories must be stored in dry, dust-free areas protected from rain and snow, where the ambient temperature does not fall below +5 °C, and must be protected against mechanical damage, contamination and corrosion caused by permanent condensation of water vapour on the unit surface.
CAUTION: If the equipment is suspended during transport, keep a safe distance from the load, never underneath the load. Keep lifting acceleration and speed within safe limits. Never leave the equipment suspended longer than absolutely necessary!

The chamber base frame is provided with openings intended for this purpose. When used, the pallet truck forks must always extend under the entire chamber, see figures.

CAUTION: The chamber is not always weight-balanced. The handling method and lifting height must be adapted accordingly!

The tubes must be threaded through the circular openings in the corner of the base frame across the entire length of the chamber, or across the width of the chamber as applicable. The minimum tube overhang relative to the sling is 100 mm. It is recommended to fit the tube ends with clips to prevent the slings from slipping off. Tube diameter 40–45 mm. Minimum tube wall thickness 5 mm. The minimum included sling angle relative to the upper edge of the chamber is 50°. See figure above.
The chamber may only be transported in the horizontal working position.
To prevent deformation of the chamber at points exposed to sling pressure, the contact points must be protected with sufficiently rigid elements.
If the chamber is equipped with a roof, the slings above the chamber must always be sufficiently spread so that they do not deform the roof and the chamber frame.
CAUTION: Only suitable and approved lifting accessories may be used for chamber handling and transport!
During handling, all applicable technical and legal regulations of the given country must be observed, e.g. ČSN EN 13 155+A2, ČSN ISO 12480-1.
