If this service is ordered, the customer must unconditionally meet the following requirements.
Otherwise, if the conditions listed below are not met, the costs associated with commissioning will be charged!
Send a proper written order for this service by e-mail to service@mandik.cz; the e-mail header must state “ORDER — COMMISSIONING, project number” (e.g. KCZ90000).
The order must include, among other things, the exact address where the unit is installed and a contact person (name, telephone, e-mail) who will:
• Inform the service technician of the operating and functional requirements of the AHU so that it can be set correctly.
• Take over the AHU by signing the commissioning report.
• Be trained in the operation, attendance and maintenance of the AHU.
• Sign the service report for the service technician.
Before the commissioning service begins, the customer is obliged to submit to the service technician the initial inspection report for the complete electrical installation (measurement and regulation system and electrical equipment) and the initial inspection report for the gas equipment, if the AHU is equipped with it.
Ensure access to the installation site — parking near the installation site and free access to the equipment being commissioned.
Ensure suitable working conditions — workplace safety, lighting, prevention of other activities that would complicate or prevent work on the AHU being commissioned, and provision of the necessary installation equipment (lifting platforms, etc.).
Ensure construction readiness for commissioning the AHU on the customer’s side, i.e.:
• The AHU is positioned and completely assembled according to the applicable conditions described in the “TPM” manual.
• The AHU is connected to the duct network with all inserted components (fire dampers, control dampers, ...) and all terminal elements (outlets, diffusers, louvres, ...).
• The AHU is connected to the required process piping — heat and cooling sources for water heaters/coolers, evaporators/condensers, glycol circuits, ..., including control components (mixing nodes of heaters/coolers, pumps and valves of glycol circuits, ...), or, where applicable, it is connected to the gas piping.
• The measurement and regulation components (sensors, actuators, pressure switches, frost protection thermostats, remote controllers ...), electrical equipment (fans, frequency converters, electric heaters, drives of rotary heat recovery exchangers, ...) and duct components (fire dampers, ...) are wired to the electrical switchboard of the AHU according to the drawing documentation of the measurement and regulation project.
• The main power supply to the switchboard cabinet of the AHU is functional.
All service operations, additional work, surcharges and travel expenses are charged according to the valid service work price list, unless otherwise agreed.
The commissioning service performed by service technicians of MANDÍK, a.s. can only be ordered if both the AHU and the measurement and regulation system are supplied by MANDÍK, a.s.
