¶ APPENDIX C. QUICK START OF THE UNIT — CONTROLLER POL822
Description of the buttons on the POL822 remote control:
A: selection of operating mode
B: temperature setting
C: fan power setting
D: temperature setting
- CONTROLLER UPDATE - After turning on the unit's power and connecting the controller, the controller will update with the Climatix regulator within a few seconds, and the display will show the symbol “P —“:
- DEFAULT SETTINGS - Upon the first startup of the unit, the operating mode is set to "Off" by default for safety reasons:
A: no symbol
If the unit is equipped with a Climatix regulator with a display or the HMI POL871 controller, the status of the default operating mode will be displayed on the home screen:
- SETTING THE OPERATING MODE—To start the unit, you need to set the operating mode to “Protection”/"Damping"/"Comfort"/"Timer Program."
For standard operation, set the operating mode button to “Comfort.”
- SETTING FAN SPEEDS
By default, the unit will start with the value set to the lower limit (35% power).
To set higher to maximum allowable speeds, use the fan button:
- SETTING DESIRED TEMPERATURE
To change the preset temperature according to the operating mode, use the “+" and “-" buttons to adjust the desired temperature.
